Vigil is a personal productivity app for journaling, habit tracking, focus timing, money logging, smart reminders, and AI-assisted coaching. It is designed for personal use.
Your journal entries, tasks, habits, and money logs belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Export Journal.

The monk mode AI coach provides productivity guidance only. It is not a therapist, doctor, or financial advisor. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
We aim to keep vigil available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the app for maintenance. We will not be liable for any downtime.
Vigil is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss — please back up your journal entries using the export feature. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI coach suggestions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be notified via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
